In-house shredder fabrication under one roof
We machine components, weld structural frames, and assemble shredder drive systems in our plant in Bowang District, Ma'anshan, Anhui. Our floor covers component machining, frame welding bays, and mechanical assembly lines, so each unit moves from raw steel to finished machine within our own workshop.
Quality checks run across blade metallurgy, motor torque, and structural steel frames before any unit leaves the plant. Export trade is handled separately by 马鞍山市巨捷进出口贸易有限公司.
Fabrication Workflow
From alloy blade to load-tested machine

Blade heat treatment
Alloy cutting blades are heat treated to set hardness and toughness before they enter the machining line.

Component machining
Shafts, housings, and frame parts are machined in-house on our workshop equipment to specified tolerances.

Frame welding
Structural steel frames are welded in dedicated bays, then checked for alignment before assembly.
04
Mechanical assembly
Drive systems, motors, and cutting assemblies are fitted and torque-checked on the assembly line.
